These TOS ("Terms of Service") apply to all contracts concluded between Stark SMP and the users via the online store hosted on SellAuth for the Minecraft server Stark SMP.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of virtual goods (including but not limited to server currency like "Stars", virtual ranks, kits, or perks) in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the purchase/checkout button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected virtual items.
The contract is officially concluded when the virtual items are successfully delivered to the Customer's account on the Minecraft server, or when a confirmation email is sent.
§3 Nature of Virtual Goods & Player Responsibility
All items, currencies, and ranks sold in this shop are purely virtual goods used exclusively within the Stark SMP Minecraft server. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
The Operator grants the Customer a non-transferable, revocable license to use these virtual goods as long as the server is operational.
If a Customer is banned, muted, or restricted from the server due to a violation of the server rules, no right to a refund or restoration of virtual goods exists.
The Customer is solely responsible for entering their correct Minecraft Username at checkout. The Operator is not liable for items delivered to a wrong account due to a typo made by the Customer.
§4 Pricing and Payment
All prices listed in the shop are final prices. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG, value-added tax is not charged or displayed.
Payments are processed instantly via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). The Customer bears any fees resulting from chargebacks or unauthorized payment cancellations.
